MY OWN OPINION

Leaders are important people. You and your friends are discussing what qualities a person should have in order to make him or her a good leader.

A very good morning to examiners and fellow candidates. A leaders need to have a very important quality in order to make him or her a good leader. In my opinion, a sense of fairness and justice is the main quality that every leaders need to have.

Firstly, a sense of fairness and justice can lead people to not making decisions by being influenced by race, religion or gender. Leaders should be impartial in decision-making thus it can make his or her followers respect them. Election for followers must based on results and performances and they should being objective and open-minded to be a good leader.

Secondly, leaders also need to gives equal opportunity to everyone. They should have no favouritism or even authoritarian at the administration among the followers to provide others opportunity to voice out their opinion. As example, there are people we favour in life. That’s natural. However, if there such favouritism to govern people action, then it works against us and must hold it in check.

Next, I would like to point out that its sets a good example to others. The quality can be shown through own words and actions. The leaders must prove at any decision that he made. So that the leaders can be as a role model for others to learn by the value that have be shown by the leaders. With this fairness and justice, it can create a good culture at the surrounding.

In conclusion, I believe that without a sense of fairness and justice, no leader can can command and retain the respect of his or her followers. A keen sense of justice is essential for leaders for being a good leader.
